Processing: Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) are dispatched the same day.

Free Shipping: Free delivery in the Netherlands on all orders over €34,99.

Shipping Times:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days.

• Rest of Europe: 3–5 business days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your Tracking link once your package leaves our facility.

Returns & Exchanges

• 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
• Hygienic Product Policy: Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, beauty tools and cosmetic products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Return Process: To start a return, email info@lipparazzi.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive further instructions via email.
• Return Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
